As Headteacher, you will:

Position: School Business Manager
Salary:

Overview: ​
The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, resilience under pressure, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. They will be adept at multitasking and managing a diverse workload, with strong prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in ICT, literacy, and communication is essential.
As School Business Manager (SBM), they will lead the strategic planning and operational management of the school’s business functions, including finance, health and safety, human resources, compliance, and administration. They will provide expert guidance and implement daily support systems that ensure the school runs efficiently, enabling the leadership team to focus on delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

Promote the general progress and well-being of individual pupils and of any class or group of pupils assigned them.
Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher and meet the expectations of the Teacher Standards.

Position: SENCO
Salary:
£43,607 to £47,338

Hours/Basis:
​40 hour per week - 39 weeks

Overview: ​
The SENCO, under the direction of the headteacher and Assistant Headteacher/SENCO, will:
Support the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school
Share the responsibility for day-to-day operation of the SEN policy whilst establishing and maintaining a unified approach to the SEND provision across the school
Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and carers, and other agencies
Have a strategic oversight for the provision of students with medical needs
Maintain and enhance the culture that is both supportive and aspirational, ensuring barriers to learning are removed and the needs of SEND students are met, helping them to achieve
Ensuring the school meets the statutory provision according to the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher modelling excellent practice and meet the expectations of the Teacher Standards.
Support the school in its commitment to supporting the SEND community and local community.

Position: Learning Support Assistant
Salary:
£23,907 - £24,863 FTE​

37.5 hours per week - Term Time Only

Overview: ​​
We are looking for inspirational and caring learning support assistants with a passion for working across KS2, KS3 and KS4 to support students learning and emotional wellbeing needs. We are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 TA qualifications at this point with experience in working with children with SEN. We pride ourselves on being Kind, Safe, Hardworking and Respectful, but also supportive of each other, the community and our families.

Position: Maintenance Manager
Salary:
SPS1 – 14 (£23,907 – £35,360)

Hours/Basis:
37.5 - 40 hours per week - 52 weeks
07:30am - 15:30/16:00pm

Overview: ​
As our Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial part in supporting the students by keeping the school safe and ensure the smooth running of the school by performing daily operational duties comprising of cleaning, janitorial tasks, maintenance tasks, providing support to the school and liaising with contractors and overseeing health and safety checks for the headteacher.
You will have a flexible and supportive approach to tasks and working patterns and be a positive team player.
​
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a drive and determination to succeed and develop their leadership experience within a school environment as we grow, supported and guided by our dedicated senior leadership team and property management company.
​
