Position: HLTA for KS1
Salary:
£26,225 to 32,043 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Overview: ​​
You will be a critical member of the Teaching and Learning Team for KS1 and complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under the supervision of a qualified teacher. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or for whole classes and monitoring students and assessing, recording and reporting on student’s achievement, progress and development.

You’ll provide specialist learning support to students in KS1 who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning whilst contributing to the achievement of our School Improvement Plan and ensuring that Renaissance Education Schools are a place that people want to join and stay part of.
​
Our KS1 students have more complex needs and require additional support to help assess, support and remove barriers to learning with further additional support.

Position: Active Citizens Instructor/Coach/LSA

Overview: ​​
We are looking for a dedicated teacher, LSA, or HLTA with outdoor education experience including Forest School with a can do attitude, to support our outdoor activities curriculum. Active Citizens is an SEMH programme centered around relationships, confidence, resilience, mental well being and cultural capital. We provide opportunities every day for our students to learn outside of the classroom with each class being offsite once a week.

We also provide Active Citizens Life Skills which is our careers and independence learning programme for those in upper KS3 and KS4. This programme builds knowledge, understanding and confidence in the local and wider community.​

Position: Family Support Worker
Salary:
Salary: £27,300 to £31,200 (Actual Pay)
Hours/Basis:
40 hours per week - 39 weeks (0800-1630hrs)

Overview: ​​
As a Family Support Worker, you will work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead as a DDSL to provide effective support to pupils and their families, particularly those experiencing social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will help create a safe, positive learning environment by delivering high-quality pastoral care, supporting attendance, addressing barriers to learning, and working collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies to promote pupil wellbeing and engagement through outreach and in school support. The Family Support Worker will provide a pivotal role in supporting children with Emotional Based School Avoidance, to identify barriers to school and follow the Renaissance intervention model to help support and reintegrate back into school.

Position: KS2 SEN Classroom Teacher
Salary:

08:00 - 4:00pm
Overview: ​
The teacher will:
Promote the general progress and well-being of individual pupils and of any class or group of pupils assigned them.
Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher and meet the expectations of the Teacher Standards.
Support the school in its commitment to supporting the SEND community and local community.

Position: Housekeeper
Salary:

6:30am - 9:30am or 3pm - 6pm

Overview: ​
As our School Cleaner, you will play a crucial part in supporting the students by keeping the classrooms, and communal area is clean and ensuring that students are learning in a hygienic and safe environment.
You will be required to work in all types of rooms within the school, including offices, classrooms, kitchen, showers, halls, corridors, and toilets. Ensuring that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times and equipment is stored correctly

Additional hours may also be considered over school holidays..

Position: Occupation Therapist
Salary:
£37,968 to £50,264 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

40 hours per week - 40 weeks (Non-term time hours are flexible)
